Carol A. Foli-Ralph of Kincaid passed away on August 8, 2016, and the Illinois Senate expresses sympathy for her passing.

Served as bookkeeper at St. Rita Catholic Church in Kincaid and was a member of the St. Rita Altar and Rosary Society.

Retired from the State of Illinois Comptroller's Office after 32 years of service in accounting.

Served as South Fork Township Clerk and trustee on the Christian County Board as a Democrat.

Survived by her husband Steve, daughter Shellie, granddaughter Emma, one brother, three stepdaughters, three stepsons, 16 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
