Honors Clyde D. Sedam of Andalusia, who died on October 5, 2016, at age 96.

Served in the United States Army during World War II from January 1942 to October 1945 as a member of the 3rd Armored Division; landed at Normandy Beach, served in the European Theater, was a prisoner of war, and received the Bronze Medal.

Worked at I.H. Farmall Works in Rock Island for over 33 years before retiring in 1980; farmed the family farm from 1971 to 1994.

Served as Andalusia Volunteer Fireman and Assistant Chief, Road Commissioner for Andalusia Township, member of Community Baptist Church, member of Reynolds American Legion Post 1166, and Scoutmaster for Boy Scouts Troop 220.

Survived by his wife Lola "Peggy," three children, seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and three siblings.
