Agnes M. Hess of Woodstock passed away on August 30, 2016, at age 85.

She was born July 25, 1931, to Martin and Cordella Obenauf and married Robert E. Hess on October 24, 1953, in Huntley.

Active member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Woodstock where she participated in Bible Study Groups and Prayer Group; also attended Woodstock Assembly of God Church.

Survived by 11 children, daughter-in-law Lori Hess, 21+ grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and six siblings.

Illinois Senate expresses condolences to her family and will present a suitable copy of this resolution as an expression of sympathy.
