Commemorates the death of Donald E. Nolan of Taylorville, who passed away on October 27, 2016, at age 85.

Recognizes Nolan's military service in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict and his career as a retired farmer passionate about agriculture.

Honors his activism in the 1979 American Agriculture Movement "tractorcade" to Washington D.C. and his role as an original board member of the Illinois Tractor Pulling Association, where he competed with his Minneapolis Moline G1000 tractor named "Yellow Fever."

Acknowledges his participation in motorcycle racing during the 1950s and 1960s, including competitions at the Springfield Mile and Peoria Tourist Trophy, and his membership in St. Mary Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Nolan's surviving family, including his wife Mary, daughter Kathy, grandsons Nolan and Ryan, and brother Larry.
