Illinois Senate Resolution mourning the death of JoAnne L. Ford-Mackay, who passed away on October 21, 2016, at age 87.

Recognized Ford-Mackay's artistic talents including accordion playing from age five, portrait drawing of movie stars and entertainers, and crocheting handmade dolls.

Honored her 11 years of volunteer service at the Rialto Theatre, her induction into the Rialto Hall of Fame, and her role as president of the B.P. Amoco Ladies Club.

Survived by her second husband Art Mackay (married 2001), son Kevin M. Ford, grandsons Aaron and Dr. Brett Nash, granddaughter Cody Shannon Nash, and multiple step-relatives.

Directs presentation of a suitable copy of the resolution to Ford-Mackay's family as an expression of sympathy.
