Expresses the Illinois Senate's mourning of Velma M. Ambrose of Carlinville, who died on November 3, 2016.

Honors Ambrose's life, including her work as a longtime 4-H leader, tax preparation assistant, and member of the Scottville Christian Church.

Documents her family legacy: survived by daughter Janet Dixon, sons David and Terry Ambrose, 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
