Rose M. Luebbert of Hartford passed away on November 9, 2016; she was born on March 13, 1940 in Alton to David and Isadora Lilley and married Dudley T. Luebbert on April 4, 1959.

Served as the first woman elected as a trustee on the Village of Hartford Board from April 21, 1981 to March 31, 1994, then as Village Clerk until May 2000.

Active member of the Hartford Women's Club, Civic League, Hartford Chamber of Commerce, and Citizens for Lewis and Clark Development at Site #1.

Survived by one daughter (Kim Nappier), three sons (James, William, and Theodore Luebbert), seven grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and extended family members.

Senate expresses sympathy and mourning for Rose Luebbert's passing and directs presentation of this resolution to her family.
