Theresa W. Fraley passed away on August 19, 2016, and was born December 24, 1931, in Batchtown to Mark and Ida Tepen.

Worked as a homemaker, EMT, restaurant cook and dishwasher at the Wagon Wheel Restaurant, and later at the Illinois Department of Human Services Jacksonville Developmental Center.

Active member of St. John's Church in Carrollton, Catholic Daughters of America, Greene County Farm Bureau, and the Greene County Farm Bureau Women's Committee.

Survived by six children (Bernard, David, Patrick, Catherine, Dennis, and James Fraley), 17 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and sister-in-law Mary Ann Tepen.

Illinois Senate extends condolences to her family and friends, with a copy of the resolution to be presented to the Fraley family.
