Establishes the Illinois Route 66 Centennial Commission to plan and sponsor official centennial events and activities commemorating Route 66's 100th anniversary in 2026.

Commission consists of 20 members including appointees from legislative leaders, the Governor, the Route 66 Association of Illinois, and seven ex officio members representing state agencies including Transportation, Historic Preservation, Natural Resources, Tourism, Commerce, and State Archives.

Commission shall plan centennial events, develop commemorative programs involving all citizens, and publicize Route 66 centennial activities throughout the state.

Creates the Illinois Route 66 Centennial Commission Trust Fund as a non-appropriated fund held by the State Treasurer to accept monetary gifts and grants from public and private sources for Commission operations.

Commission dissolves on June 30, 2027, with a final report required to the Governor by that date and remaining trust fund assets transferred to the General Revenue Fund.
