Appropriates $514,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the Child Care Assistance Program.

Appropriates $197,535,400 from the Department of Human Services' Special Purposes Trust Fund for grants associated with child care services, including operation, administrative, and prior year costs.

Appropriates $485,000,000 from the Employment and Training Fund for grants associated with employment and training programs, income assistance, and other social services, including operating, administrative, and prior year costs.

Total appropriations of approximately $1.196 billion to support income assistance, child care services, and employment and training programs.

Effective July 1, 2017.
