• Requires students admitted under alternative procedures at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to complete at least 6 semester credit hours during evening or low-demand hours and mandates annual reporting on recruitment efforts and impact on college access gaps.

• Guarantees admission for children of fallen police officers, firefighters, or Department of Corrections security employees who meet minimum academic standards; directs Illinois Student Assistance Commission to develop outreach programs for high-performing high school seniors eligible for automatic admission.
