Requires fingerprint-based criminal history records checks for all applicants seeking licensure or certification as game officials with interscholastic athletic organizations, and for those renewing such credentials on or after the effective date.

Mandates that applicants submit fingerprints to the Department of State Police for comparison against state and federal criminal databases, with the Department charging a fee not to exceed the actual cost of the check, paid by the applicant.

Requires interscholastic athletic organizations to cross-reference applicants' information against the Statewide Sex Offender Database and the Statewide Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Database.

Prohibits interscholastic athletic organizations from licensing, certifying, or renewing a game official's credentials if the person has not completed a criminal history records check or has been convicted of offenses requiring registration as a sex offender or violent offender against youth.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
