Amends the Toll Highway Act to require the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority to provide cash payment options at every toll station.

Motorists must be able to pay tolls using currency or coins by either giving payment to a toll collector or depositing the correct amount into an automatic coin machine.

Applies to all toll stations operated by the Authority on Illinois toll highways.
