Amends the Election Code to permit election authorities to satisfy publication requirements by publishing information on their website or in a newspaper, rather than being limited to one method.

Amends the Counties Code to allow county clerks to satisfy election information publication requirements by publishing via newspaper or website.

Allows flexibility in how election authorities and county clerks disseminate required public election information to citizens.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
