Requires the State Board of Education, in conjunction with the Department of Public Health, to establish a calorie transparency program in all Illinois public schools.

Program aims to reduce obesity by educating students on healthy eating habits and making them aware of food contents.

Mandates that school boards require each school to conspicuously display nutritional information (calorie, fat, sugar, and sodium content) for all food items offered for sale to students on school property.

Authorizes the State Board of Education to adopt rules necessary to administer the program.
