Amends Section 20-15 of the Property Tax Code to require tax bills to include a list of each tax increment financing (TIF) district where the property is located and the dollar amount of tax due allocable to each TIF district.

Adds new subsection (b-5) to the existing bill information requirements, placing TIF district information between current requirements for taxing districts and pension-related taxes.

Requires county treasurers to ensure only taxing districts in which a property is actually located are listed on that property's tax bill.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
