Increases the maximum income limitation for the Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Homestead Exemption from $55,000 to $75,000 for taxable year 2017 and thereafter.

The exemption applies to seniors age 65 and older who own or have a legal interest in their primary residence and meet household income requirements.

Allows advanced practice nurses and physician assistants, in addition to physicians, to provide medical documentation for filing deadline extensions due to severe medical conditions.

Effective immediately upon becoming law.
