Extends the notice period for tax certificate of title proceedings from 5 months to 6 months prior to redemption period expiration in the Mobile Home Local Services Tax Enforcement Act.

Requires purchasers or assignees to provide notice of sale and redemption expiration date to owners, occupants, and interested parties between 3 and 6 months before the redemption period expires.

Extends the petition filing period for tax certificate of title from within 5 months to within 6 months, but not less than 3 months, prior to redemption period expiration.

Specifies the exact form and content of the notice to be given, including tax deed number, certificate number, property location, mobile home identification number, redemption deadline, and hearing information.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
