Amends the Wildlife Code Section 3.1 to expand hunting license exemptions for farm residents by including spouses of owners' or tenants' children, parents, brothers, and sisters.

Spouses meeting the residency requirement (actually permanently residing on farm lands) may hunt protected species on the land and waters without procuring hunting licenses.

Hunting by exempted individuals remains subject to all applicable regulations regarding seasons, permitted devices, and hunting methods under the Wildlife Code.

Maintains existing exemptions for farm owners, tenants, their direct family members, armed forces personnel on leave, and individuals with disabilities as previously defined in the Code.
