Amends the Nursing Home Care Act to allow nursing assistants, habilitation aides, and child care aides to complete supervised clinical experience requirements at assisted living establishments licensed under the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act, in addition to traditional nursing homes.

Requires the Department of Public Health to adopt rules mandating that the Health Care Worker Registry include information identifying where individuals received their clinical training.

Maintains existing requirements for nursing assistant training including 45-day enrollment deadline and 120-day completion deadline for approved courses, with exemptions for those enrolled in community colleges on term or semester basis.

Preserves all existing eligibility requirements including minimum age of 16, English language proficiency, employment and residence history, completion of 8 years of grade school, and background checks in accordance with the Health Care Worker Background Check Act.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
