IL HB0506

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code Section 11-208 to prohibit municipalities and counties from enacting automated traffic law enforcement systems at the intersection of Illinois Route 83 and 22nd Street in the City of Oakbrook Terrace.

Voids any existing ordinance provisions enacted prior to the bill's effective date that conflict with this prohibition.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
