Rounds all State employee salary information to the nearest hundred dollars in the Comptroller's annual report and online ledger to protect employee privacy and reduce identity theft risks

Applies salary rounding to both yearly totals and monthly reporting for the current and immediately preceding calendar year on the Comptroller's "Online Ledger"

Allows the Comptroller discretion to list unadjusted salary amounts for previous years beyond the immediately preceding year

Maintains existing requirements that employees from the Department of Corrections, Department of Children and Family Services, Department of Juvenile Justice, Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor, and Department of State Police have no address listed in salary reports

Preserves penalties of up to $3,000 fine for anyone misrepresenting that solicitation using employee names from the salary list is authorized by the State
