Amends the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/11-10-1) to establish website disclosure requirements for entities collecting foreign fire insurance taxes or license fees.

Requires entities maintaining websites to publish by August 1 each year the total taxes collected for each fire department/district, administrative fees charged to each, and aggregate totals for all departments/districts from the preceding fiscal year.

Caps administrative fees charged by collecting entities at 1% of the gross amount collected in each municipality or fire protection district.

Maintains existing requirement that foreign fire insurance companies pay taxes or license fees not exceeding 2% of gross receipts from fire insurance policies on property within the municipality or district.
