Amends Section 3-805 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding electric vehicle registration.

Changes electric vehicle registration to use the same registration period and fee structure as non-electric motor vehicles under Section 3-806.

Removes the previous special rate of $35 maximum for a 2-year registration period for electric vehicles.

Removes the previous cap of $18 per registration year for electric vehicles.

Retains the Secretary's discretion to issue electric vehicle registration plates for an indefinite term corresponding to general registration plate terms.
