Amends the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act to add failure to submit a workplace violence prevention plan in compliance with the Health Care Workplace Violence Prevention Act as grounds for denial, revocation, or refusal to renew a license

Grants the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Human Services continuing jurisdiction over a revoked agency and the individuals it served for up to one year after license revocation

Maintains existing grounds for license denial or revocation, including submission of false information, refusal to allow inspection, violation of Act provisions, violation of recipient rights, and failure to implement a plan of correction

Permits the Department to immediately revoke an agency's license and direct withdrawal of recipients from programs or placements if operation jeopardizes health, safety, or welfare of recipients
