Amends the Election Code by removing the provision requiring the State Board of Elections to adjust campaign contribution limits for inflation on January 1 of each odd-numbered year based on the Consumer Price Index.

Eliminates automatic inflation adjustments to contribution limits for candidate political committees, political party committees, and political action committees, freezing limits at their current amounts.

Retains the automatic inflation adjustment provision only for contributions made through dues, levies, or similar assessments under subsection (i), which will continue to be adjusted annually.

Maintains all existing contribution limit amounts for candidates, political parties, and PACs, but prevents future increases tied to inflation.
