Director of the Department of Natural Resources is authorized to convey by quit claim deed two sites (R-15 and R-16) in McHenry County, Illinois to the Fox Waterway Agency for $1.

Site R-15 includes land on the east bank of the Fox River in Section 32, Township 44 North, Range 9 East, plus easements for ingress and egress, and approximately 39.655 acres in Section 29.

Site R-16 includes multiple lots in Holiday Hills Unit No. 3 subdivision located on the easterly side of the Fox River in Section 18, Township 44 North, Range 9 East.

Fox Waterway Agency must sell the conveyed property within one year for fair market value (average of 3 appraisals) and use proceeds to purchase an alternate dredge material disposal site, with any remaining proceeds returned to the State's General Revenue Fund.

If the Fox Waterway Agency fails to comply with sale and purchase requirements within one year, or if purchased property is not used as a dredge material disposal site within two years, the property reverts to the Department of Natural Resources.
