Applies these terminology changes across multiple Illinois codes including employment records, education, higher education, insurance, criminal law, and human rights statutes.

Standardizes racial and ethnic classification definitions across state agencies to include: Native American or Alaska Native, Asian, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, and Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander.

Updates definitions in statutes governing state employment, educational institutions, contractor certifications, insurance examinations, and traffic stop data collection to use updated racial terminology.
