Requires the Department of Children and Family Services to establish a searchable, publicly accessible database on its website by July 1, 2018

Database must include information on all licensed day care homes, group day care homes, and day care centers in Illinois

Database must disclose whether any facility had its license revoked or surrendered during a child abuse or neglect investigation within the past 5 years

Database must show whether a facility's license renewal application was denied, including the dates of revocation, surrender, or denial

Department may adopt rules to implement the database but is prohibited from releasing information that is restricted from public disclosure under state or federal law
