IL HB2400

Amends the Common Interest Community Association Act to require all voting by members on a non-cumulative basis.

Amends the Condominium Property Act to require bylaws to provide that voting shall be on a non-cumulative basis.

Modifies voting provisions in the Condominium Property Act to explicitly state voting shall be non-cumulative on a percentage basis and on a non-cumulative one vote per unit basis where applicable.

Applies non-cumulative voting standards to both board elections and other membership votes in condominium and common interest community associations.
