IL HB2466

Amends the Grade A Pasteurized Milk and Milk Products Act to expand an exemption from pasteurization requirements for certain milk production.

Removes the restriction that exempted milk must be "sold or distributed on the premises of the dairy farm," allowing exempted milk to be sold and distributed more broadly.

Exempted milk must still be produced, sold, and distributed in accordance with Department rules and regulations.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
