Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to modify Medicaid reimbursement rates for supportive living facilities beginning July 1, 2017.

Sets Medicaid rates for supportive living facilities equal to 60% of the Medicaid rate in effect on July 1, 2017 for skilled nursing facilities.

Maintains the Department's authority to establish and oversee the supportive living facilities program, which integrates housing with health, personal care, and supportive services for residents in private living units.

Requires the Department to consult with the Departments on Aging, Rehabilitation Services, and Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities when adopting rules that modify services, standards, and participation conditions.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
