Removes the requirement that provisional career and technical educators can only renew their license "one time," allowing for unlimited renewals for 5-year periods if they pass required tests.

Eliminates the mandate that provisional career and technical educators must complete a minimum of 20 semester hours from a regionally accredited institution in order to renew their license.

Allows career and technical educators to qualify with coursework from an "accredited trade and technical institution" in addition to regionally accredited institutions of higher education.

Permits part-time provisional career and technical educator endorsements to be renewed for 5 years with application and payment of appropriate fees, without the previous "one time only" renewal restriction.
