IL HB2486

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code definition of "recreational vehicle" to include any truck used primarily for recreational purposes and not used commercially or owned by a commercial business.

Allows owners to register recreational trucks by filing a proper application and paying the appropriate registration fee and highway use tax according to existing fee schedules.

Makes conforming changes to Section 3-815 to update fee tables for recreational vehicles to include trucks alongside existing categories like motor homes, travel trailers, and truck campers.
