Requires the Department of the Lottery to offer a special instant scratch-off game titled "The End of Alzheimer's Begins With Me" beginning January 1, 2018.

Directs net revenue from the scratch-off game to be deposited into the Alzheimer's Awareness Fund, defined as total ticket sales minus prizes paid out and actual administrative expenses.

Authorizes the Department to adopt rules necessary to implement and administer the game.

Prohibits the Department from unreasonably diminishing marketing efforts for other instant scratch-off games while the Alzheimer's game is being sold.

Makes this Act effective immediately upon becoming law, with the game commencing January 1, 2018.
