Amends Section 6-204 of the Illinois Vehicle Code to require court clerks to report convictions and adjudications to the Secretary of State within 5 days.

Expands reporting requirements to include juveniles adjudicated under the Juvenile Court Act who commit violations of Section 11-501 (DUI) or reckless homicide, as well as violations of Section 5-7 of the Snowmobile Registration and Safety Act and Section 5-16 of the Boat Registration and Safety Act relating to operating under the influence.

Requires court clerks to report dispositions of court supervision for DUI violations and serious traffic violations committed by drivers under age 21 to the Secretary of State.

Mandates that reports to the Secretary of State be submitted in electronic format or computer-processible medium as established by written agreement between courts and the Secretary of State.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
