IL HB2614

Amends the School Code to require principals to report all non-public revenue sources to the superintendent, including fundraisers, grants, and donations.

Reporting requirement applies only when non-public revenue sources equal or exceed $1,000 and funds are transferred into the school district's educational fund or operations and maintenance fund.

Modifies Section 10-21.4a (regarding duties of principals in districts with fewer than 4 teachers) and Section 34-8.1 (regarding principals' general powers and duties) to include this reporting requirement.
