Amends the Victims' Economic Security and Safety Act to require employer notices include language encouraging employees to report potential domestic or intimate partner violence at the workplace.

Notice must inform employees that employers must make reasonable accommodations to protect reporting employees and all workers from violence risk.

Notice must state that state law protects employees from discrimination or retaliation for reporting potential domestic or intimate partner violence, including firing or demotion.

Requires employers to distribute the notice to all employees on an annual basis, in addition to posting it in conspicuous workplace locations.
