Removes the "until June 30, 2021" language from principal endorsement requirements, eliminating the temporary provision allowing candidates to qualify with fewer than 4 years of experience in teaching or school support personnel positions.

Maintains the principal endorsement qualification requirements: successful completion of an approved principal preparation program, at least 4 years of teaching or school support personnel experience, and a master's degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university.

Allows the State Board of Education to establish rules permitting fewer than 4 years of experience based on demonstrated qualifications, including performance evaluations or other evidence of competency.

Preserves all other endorsement categories including general administrative, chief school business official, superintendent, teacher leader, special education, and school support personnel endorsements.

Requires the State Superintendent of Education to conduct random audits of educator preparation institutions to ensure compliance with licensing rules and standards for endorsement recommendations.
