Private institutions of higher education approved for the Monetary Award Program must submit a 2-page annual supplier diversity report to the Department of Central Management Services by November 15, beginning in 2018 or 2019.

Reports must include the program contact information, local and state certifications recognized for minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses, voluntary spending goals, and a narrative explaining results and tactics.

Beginning with 2020 reports, institutions must disclose actual spending on minority business enterprises, women's business enterprises, and veteran-owned businesses in both dollars and percentages of total institutional budget.

Department of Central Management Services must publish all submitted reports on its website for 5 years and hold an annual supplier diversity workshop in February to discuss reports with institutional representatives and vendors.

Department shall prepare a one-page template for the voluntary supplier diversity reports to standardize submissions.
