Reduces the Department of Natural Resources consultation fee from $500 to $100 for consultations under the Illinois Endangered Species Protection Act and Illinois Natural Areas Preservation Act

Removes the exemption that previously waived fees for consultations requested by State agencies or federal agencies

Requires all fees collected to be deposited into the Illinois Wildlife Preservation Fund

Prohibits administrative charges or chargebacks against deposited fees unless otherwise authorized by law

Authorizes the Department to adopt rules to implement the fee structure
