Extends statute of limitations for prosecuting aggravated DUI causing death to unlimited time (matching other serious felonies like murder), removing the previous 3-year limitation period.

Requires lifetime revocation of driving privileges for persons convicted of third or subsequent violations of driving with suspended/revoked license when the original suspension was for aggravated DUI causing death.
