Amends the Automatic Contract Renewal Act (815 ILCS 601/5) to remove school districts from the exemptions list under the definition of "parties"

School districts will now be subject to the same automatic contract renewal requirements as other entities like individuals and legal entities

Maintains existing exemptions for the federal government, state government, other states, and units of local government

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
