Amends Section 12-6 of the Criminal Code of 2012 to add a new category of intimidation involving the publication of sexually explicit images without consent.

Intimidation remains a Class 3 felony with sentences of not less than 2 years and not more than 10 years imprisonment.

Threat to publish sexually explicit images of another person without their consent is now a criminal act of intimidation when made with intent to cause another to perform or omit any act.
