Amends the Illinois Wildlife Code to require the Department of Natural Resources to establish one annual deer hunting weekend exclusively for persons with disabilities.

Defines "person with a disability" as someone with a Type 1 or Type 4, Class 2 disability as defined in Section 4A of the Illinois Identification Card Act.

Allows the Department to adopt administrative rules to implement the special hunting weekend provision.

Establishes that an Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Card indicating Type 1 or Type 4, Class 2 disability status serves as adequate documentation for participation.
