• Certificates granted for projects impacting agricultural land after this bill's effective date must be conditioned on the applicant adhering to an agricultural impact mitigation agreement with the Department of Agriculture.

• Timeline for Commission orders on utility requests for eminent domain relief after certificate approval extends from 45 days to 180 days after the utility files its petition.

• Bill takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
