Maintains the general primary election in even-numbered years on the third Tuesday in March.

Maintains the general election in even-numbered years on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November.

Repeals Section 2A-1.1a of the Election Code, which previously contained provisions concerning Passover and Easter scheduling exceptions.
