IL HB3221

Amends the Smoke Free Illinois Act to prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance to enclosed or partially enclosed youth sporting events.

Prohibits smoking within 250 feet of the field of play, including spectator and participant areas, at outdoor youth sporting events.

Defines "youth sporting event" as an event where all players are under age 18 and the event is sponsored and supervised by a public body or not-for-profit entity.

Applies smoking restrictions to youth sporting events in addition to existing prohibitions in public places, places of employment, and governmental vehicles.
