Requires University of Illinois to publish undergraduate admission standards at least 90 days before accepting applications for each academic year.

Prohibits students from being admitted to undergraduate programs unless they meet the published admission standards.

Prevents the University from changing admission standards for an undergraduate program once they are published for that academic year.

Maintains existing admission requirements including 15 units of high school coursework (4 years English, 3 years social studies, 3 years mathematics, 3 years science, 2 years electives).

Preserves exceptions allowing admission of applicants with equivalent demonstrated knowledge, educationally disadvantaged students in special assistance programs, and honorably discharged veterans.
