Amends Public Act 99-524 to modify appropriations to the Department of Human Services for fiscal years 2016 and 2017.

Appropriates $2,000,000 to $8,775,000 from the Commitment to Human Services Fund for funeral and burial expenses under existing articles, including prior year costs.

Appropriates $1,461,500 from the Commitment to Human Services Fund for costs associated with Illinois Welcoming Centers.

Appropriates $5,884,100 from the Commitment to Human Services Fund for grants and administrative expenses associated with immigrant integration services.

Appropriates $10,000,000 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for funeral and burial expenses.

Appropriates $18,635,000 from the Commitment to Human Services Fund for costs associated with domestic violence shelters and services programs.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
